A Fond Farewell to Trollbeads

January 25, 2016

After a decade of collaboration, Susan and Amelia have decided that it is time for Different Drummer to discontinue carrying Trollbeads.

When Trollbeads first came to the United States in 2004, we were among the first to embrace this gorgeous line of carefully handcrafted beads made from the finest materials.  Here at Different Drummer we have always celebrated the beautiful, the unique, and the creative, and Trollbeads has been a perfect outlet for many friends to create something one of a kind for themselves or a loved one.  The original add-a-bead company, we've treasured their dedication to color and design.

In 2016, however, more and more people are seeking different ways to express their creativity, and we can no longer dedicate the space a line like Trollbeads requires or deserves.

We all still love our beads, our bracelets, our necklaces, and most importantly the memories of those special moments when we found or recieved that special charm.  This was not a decision that was made lightly; we hope those loyal Trollbeads collectors among you will understand that it is, in fact, one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make.

This is, however, the perfect moment for you to come in and explore our unparalleled collection of beads at an amazing discount!*

Ever since their creation in 1976, the founding idea behind Trollbeads has been 'Every Moment Has a Bead.;  We hope you have enjoyed sharing those moments with us as much as we have enjoyed sharing them with you.

          Thank you so much.
